Translation of tuberculosis

My parents were Italian, but the first language I learned was Spanish, since we lived in southern Spain. Very close to Gibraltar. When I was older, like twelve I moved with them back to Lucca in Italy.
Yes, my Spanish is much better than your German, but it is not true that I do not want to learn with you. I think this is not an issue. Where do you come from in the U.S.? East or West coast?
Many thanks for the corrections. Exactly what I needed to be happy. I want to learn French because it's a great language and because it sound so romantic to me. There is a lot more to improve.
